My Personal Experience
On my journey of personal growth, I made many mistakes.
But I learned three important lessons that changed my life.
1. Research Before You Commit
I started certain paths without doing proper research.
I had discipline. I showed up every day.
But when I realized the path was wrong, I felt deeply frustrated.
Because I had invested time and energy into something that didn’t truly fit me.
Discipline in the wrong direction only helps you move faster toward regret.
Before starting anything important, ask yourself:
Is this path aligned with my personality?
Will I be satisfied with this decision five years from now?
Have I truly researched this field?
Research before commitment is wisdom.
2. Discipline Is a System, Not Emotion
The biggest reason people fail is not a lack of goals.
It’s broken discipline.
I started small.
I gave myself one rest day per week — not two.
Because too much rest can turn into comfort.
And comfort is the enemy of growth.
Another mistake I noticed:
Watching too many motivational videos.
They create the feeling of progress.
But real progress only comes from action.
If you consume motivation every day without execution,
your brain gets fooled.
3. Success Is Not Just Money
Success is not only about making big money.
If you are healthy,
if you have peace of mind,
if you can enjoy a simple life,
you are already successful.
Happiness is not a future destination.
It is a daily decision.
Conclusion
Research before you start.
Build discipline as a system.
And don’t define success by money alone.
These are lessons I learned through experience.
